Efficient collaboration across projects is a key factor for your business success. TPG ProjectLink uses cross-project Logical Links to support this information flow - even between different companies.

Project managers use TPG ProjectLink to link external schedules to their own tasks. They choose from an overview of tasks in all the projects they have read permissions for, as well as of shared tasks in projects where they don’t have permission to read.

Project managers can have external tasks mirrored into their own project, or view linked task information in user-defined fields alongside their own existing tasks.

Once this has been set up, project managers can check all changes to the external tasks at any time. TPG ProjectLink provides them with the details on demand, and they can then decide whether or not to take the external changes into account in their own planning.

TPG ProjectLink is the successor of former TPG TeamLink and TPG MilestoneLink. The product works with Microsoft Project Server 2003 and 2007.
